As we close another year, I wish you all a wonderful holiday season.
This time of year can actually be tricky for many – you look around and people all seem or appear to be festive and in the holiday spirit. If you are not there… please be gentle with yourself. You might wish to know, you are not alone. As we approach the end 2018, beneath the rush of holiday activities, we can feel an undercurrent of emotion– stress, anxiety, uncertainty, and even sadness.

Before I sign off for 2018, I also wanted to show this to you. At our Global TV live holiday episode this morning, our boss shared this with me. With holiday parties coming up, and kids off school free to roam with other kids, this is the perfect time to watch this for yourself, or show it to your children. I thought it was so phenomenal.
